Recital Permission and Guest Form

    Luck Studios would like to make a recording of the recital for families who cannot attend on Sunday.  This recording will not be publicly posted online and will only be made available by request to currently enrolled Luck Studios students and parents.
    Guests are welcome to attend the recital!  If you would like to invite guests, please let me know the names and email addresses of those who would like to attend.  This will help me identify guests from the Zoom waiting room so I will know to let them into the recital.  I will also include them in the email I send Saturday with the program and the link for the recital.
